Certain log species are prone to discoloration due to mold, fungi and staining, which can negatively impact its product value. We offer environmentally friendly wood protection to avoid staining and allow for longer storage time, if needed.
S & R Sawmills operates a full-service container yard. Our competitive container services include drayage, stuffing and documentation. Inspections can also be scheduled to take place at our facility.
We are set up to receive logs by water or road. If logs need additional sorting, our dewatering/sorting line can accommodate that efficiently including wrap&splash for further downstream handling.
